李旭光，男，1980年2月出生于辽宁沈阳。

2008年，上海交通大学，控制理论与控制工程博士。

2008年3月至2009年12月在法国CNRS-Supelec与ESIEE，Paris博士后研究员。

2010年，东北大学信息科学与工程学院引进人才，一级副教授。

担任 IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatica, 等控制领域顶级杂志 审稿人
